Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are well-protected, and drop the package at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
